Benjamin Margo joined Kellogg Hansen in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He previously worked as a litigation associate at a law firm in New York City. Mr. Margo represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial cases at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Margo graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a Florence Allen Scholar and an Articles Editor at the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. He holds a master’s degree in U.S. national security policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Harvard College.
