David K. Suska is an associate whose practice centers on complex commercial litigation, appeals, and antitrust counseling. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and as an intelligence analyst and policy advisor to senior officials at the National Security Council, State Department, and Treasury Department.
