Dustin Graber joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022. Before joining the firm, Mr. Graber served as a law clerk to Judge Howard C. Nielson, Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and Judge Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Graber graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was the executive articles editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude.
