Perot Bissell joined Kellogg Hansen in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bissell served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lewis J. Liman on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and to the Honorable Diane P. Wood on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Bissell graduated from Yale Law School, where he was an editor for the Yale Law Journal. While attending law school, he earned a PhD. in classical languages & literature from Brown University. Mr. Bissell was a Fulbright research scholar at the University of Vienna, and he earned his undergraduate degree in classical languages and literature from the University of Michigan.
