Gavan Gideon rejoined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2023 after serving as a law clerk to Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gideon clerked for Judge Cornelia T.L. Pillard of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Mr. Gideon graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor on the Harvard Law Review.  He earned his undergraduate degree in English from Yale University and served as a managing editor of the Yale Daily News.
