Kelley Schiffman joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schiffman served as a law clerk for Justice Sonia Sotomayor at the U.S. Supreme Court after completing a Liman Fellowship at the San Diego County Public Defender's Office. Ms. Schiffman also clerked for Judge William A. Fletcher on the Ninth Circuit and for Judge Keith P. Ellison in the Southern District of Texas. She graduated from Yale Law School in 2018, and prior to that received a PhD in philosophy from Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
