Kyle Bailey joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022. Before joining the firm, Mr. Bailey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Gregory H. Woods on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Chief Judge Priscilla Richman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Bailey earned his J.D., with highest honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was named Grand Chancellor, was an articles editor of the Texas Law Review, and was a member of the Supreme Court clinic. Mr. Bailey received his B.S. in computer science from Rice University.
