Matthew Huppert has experience litigating a variety of commercial disputes and regulatory matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate levels.  He has litigated across a broad range of subject matters and industries, with a focus on business disputes in the financial services, telecommunications, and technology industries.

Prior to joining Kellogg Hansen, Mr. Huppert served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and to the Honorable Beryl Howell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.  He received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
