Vetan Kapoor rejoined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022 after serving as Counsel to the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kapoor served as a clerk for Judge A. Raymond Randolph on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and for Judge Trevor N. McFadden on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Mr. Kapoor graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. He earned his Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia where he also completed his undergraduate degree in Economic & Foreign Affairs.
