Vivian Dong joined Kellogg Hansen in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dong served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Dong graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was Articles Editor & Technical Editor for the Harvard Law & Policy Review, as well as a regular contributor to the blog OnLabor. She earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of British Columbia, graduating First Class.
Ms. Dong represents clients in commercial litigation and enforcement actions and has particular experience in antitrust cases.
