Mr. William Conyngham served as a research economist at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from 1980 to 1982. He served as Assistant to the Chief Economist at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Conyngham also taught as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland, University College from 1990 to 1997.
